MAP field guide coverPennsylvania Sea Grant, with funding from the Mid-Atlantic Panel on Aquatic Invasive Species (AIS), has just released their newest AIS identification booklet: The Mid-Atlantic Field Guide to Aquatic Invasive Species. This project was modeled after the Pennsylvania Field Guide to Aquatic Invasive Species but has expanded to include 50 additional species of concern from throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.

The purpose of the guide is to provide natural resource agency field staff with an easy-to-use, lightweight, and durable resource for identifying potential aquatic invasive species and responding quickly to new infestations.
