This group is composed of representatives from PA Sea Grant, the Regional Science Consortium, Flagship Niagara League, Indiana University of PA, PA Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, PA Department of Environmental Protection – Coastal Management Program, PA Historical Museum Commission, S.O.N.S. of Lake Erie, and Tri-County Intermediate Unit #5.

The goal and mission of PASST is to identify, survey and document all shipwrecks in PA waters, develop education programs, provide dive instruction and ethical practices and encourage people to appreciate the Maritime History of our region.
