Isabella Duggan

Isabella (Bella) Duggan began working with Pennsylvania Sea Grant in June of 2021 through the National Sea Grant College Program’s “Community Engaged Internship” opportunity. She is currently working as a statewide science communications fellow. Her work with Sea Grant consists of managing Pennsylvania Sea Grant’s social media accounts, coordinating website content for development, and designing graphics for education on environmental issues prevalent to Pennsylvania’s aquatic ecology.

Bella earned her bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, with a minor in Political Science, from Eastern University in the spring of 2022. She hopes to continue her education in the future, pursuing additional degrees in Marine Biology or policy.
