I hereby grant my permission and consent to Pennsylvania Sea Grant employees and partners to photograph, video record, or audio record me. I hereby grant license to Pennsylvania Sea Grant to utilize, adapt, modify, reproduce, distribute, and display the photographs, video, and/or audio taken of me for use in current or future promotional, educational, informational, and communications of any kind. I hereby waive any right to be notified or to inspect or approve the communications and release and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pennsylvania Sea Grant for all claims. I have read this Consent, License and Release. I hereby represent that I am eighteen (18) years of age or older and I am competent to contract in my own name.
