Learn how to raise money for your group while providing community service and preventing the spread of aquatic invasive species! 


When: There will be two opportunities to attend the training: 

  • September 24, 2014, 6:00 - 7:00 pm
  • October 16, 2014, 6:30 - 7: 30 pm

Why:   Boat wash stations are one of the most effective ways to prevent the spread of aquatic invasive species at fishing tournaments, while creating a fun opportunity for both fundraising and education. Learn how you and your fishing club, scout troop, sports team, or other group can partner with Pennsylvania Sea Grant and local fishing tournaments to make a difference in your community by holding a watercraft inspection and boat wash station. 

The workshop is FREE but registration is required at least one week in advance of the workshop date.
