Sea Grant is searching for the 2019 class of Knauss Marine Policy Fellows

The Federal Funding Opportunity (FFO) for the 2019 class of John A. Knauss Marine Policy fellows is now open. Since 1979, the Knauss Fellowship has placed highly qualified early professionals in offices within the executive and legislative branches of government in the Washington, D.C. area for a one year experience working at the interface of science and policy.

An eligible applicant is any student, regardless of citizenship, who, on February 21, 2018, is enrolled towards a degree in a graduate program, that has an interest in ocean, coastal and Great Lakes resources and in the national policy decisions affecting those resources. The graduate degree must be awarded through an accredited institution of higher education in the United States or U.S. Territories. Interested individuals should contact one of 33 Sea Grant programs to apply.

The deadline to apply to an eligible Sea Grant program is February 23, 2018
